Required Technical Skills and Abilities
• Highly experienced in HTML/CSS demonstrating the ability to build nearly any layout
• Strong AJAX/JSON/JavaScript/JQuery
• 3-5 Years of Advanced ASP.NET Development, including experience with Generics and LINQ
• Experience with development frameworks (MVP MVC)
• Solid understanding of IIS and Windows server configuration and deployment
• Ability to speak as a technical expert to clients and lead Junior Developers
• Experience in multiple languages or drive to learn multiple languages

Applicants would join the Bluetube Interactive team as a Senior Member of a development staff. Senior Developers will be expected to professionally execute tasks our Team Leads, Project Managers and Leadership have determined are advanced, complex, cutting edge, or new technologies altogether. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Configuring and Deploying Content Management Systems, Application Code, Application Files, Creative Assets., building Web Pages in ASP.NET (and other languages potentially), implementing advanced AJAX functionality using JQuery/Javascript, implementing advanced and cross browser compatible HTML/CSS , including transition animation. Senior developers will be given plenty of opportunity learn new skills and languages, but are expected to come in the door with a strong understanding of writing Javascript/JQuery, ASP.NET, and HTML/CSS with the ability to implement nearly any request. As is always a part of being a Digital Agency, being able to quickly perform tasks within the allotted time is paramount. Senior Developers will routinely interface with clients, including professional written communication, conference calls, and face to face meetings. Developers are expected to be presentable. Regular travel is NOT required, but opportunities occasional arise that require senior team members to visit client sites, some of which may require trips.
