Grant started work in the financial sector in the United Kingdom, architecting, developing and deploying Futures and Arbitrage Software across Europe for large banking clients. Grant is a natural software architect with the ability to see patterns in the chaos and has a uncanny ability to breakdown, simplify and integrate the most complex systems. Grant spent the 90's architecting C++ and later J2EE architectures for fortune 500's to provide solutions like trouble ticket management and security management.

In the late 90's he picked up flash which he immediately saw as the solution to rich client applications. Grant is unique in his ability to develop for interactive websites and applications in Flex and Flash that feature rich interaction and animation driven by content management systems. Grant has decades of traditional software development in JAVA J2EE, PHP and C++, this enables Grant to understand both the client and server tiers which uniquely qualifies Grant to design and architect solutions that cover the enterprise.

Grant released aprx, and model view controller framework extension to the open source community in 2005 which is still in use today and featured on the OSflash website. Grant was also the co-author of fling, a asset management system which was also released to the open source community via OSflash. After a few years developing flex and flash using Cairngorm, Grant currently favors Puremvc as the design pattern for model view controller pattern for desktop and webbased software

Grants real strength is architecture and the ability to integrate systems, websites no longer live in a vaccum but are a collaboration of systems like social networking, security, user data, marketing and user behavior tracking, Having over 20 years implementing solutions as a consultant, he can now bring this experience to small and medium size organizations.

Grant is a certified Sitecore developer, and has a Bachelors Degree with Honors in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom.

Paul has a wide range of architecture and development experience including .NET, Flash/Flex, and PHP. Paul is experienced providing custom solutions on Sharepoint, Sitecore, and multiple other Content Management Systems. Paul has architected or developed CMS's or interactive website solutions for such clients as Multicast Media, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Woodruff Arts Center, CNN, Maxxis Tires, JAS Forwarding, AARP, and Southern Gas Association.

Paul has been in or promoted to a leadership role in every Professional occupation as well as has won an internal or external award in every professional company he has worked for.

Paul is an MCP in the .NET Framework, a certified Sitecore Developer, and attended Georgia State University studying Information Technology in Atlanta, GA.

Paul resides in Atlanta Georgia with his Wife and son.

His interactive depth also includes authoring, technical directing, programming and architecture (Director, Flash, etc.), which is why Chris is “a natural” when it comes to giving static content an interactive overhaul. He seeks and evaluates each technology to be sure the right solution is presented and focuses in on the end-user experience with laser precision. With over eight years in digital media and a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia from the Art Institute of Atlanta, Chris brings deep experience to any type of project.

Chris teaches new media applications at the Portfolio Center in Atlanta and has spearheaded creative efforts for clients such as Kimberly-Clark, AFLAC, BellSouth, Volvo, Coca-Cola, GE Power Systems, EQUANT, Turner Interactive, Honda, Kemper Funds, PowerAde, University of North Carolina, and ValPak.

Lee studied Visual Communication at Portsmouth and is the co author of the Professional Haxe (pronounced hacks) and Neko , and has several articles in Flash and Flex Developers Magazine (http://www.ffdmag.com/) and also has a regular column on haXe and flash.

Lee is very active in the haXe community and has written many libraries including the NME library, which is what makes haXe on iPhone possible, haXe ODBC driver, haXe PostgreSQL driver and haXe ImageMagick library port. Lee has spoken on technical topics at several conferences and has performed talks and presentations to lfpug (The London Flash Users Group).

Lee lives in Portishead with his wife and two children.

Nate has experience in all aspects of software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to deployment. He’s led development efforts on multiple projects as a team lead, and has been voted Developer of the Year by his peers in a past position. His enthusiasm for learning new technologies allows him to stay current in a rapidly advancing field. A true geek at heart, Nate has a real passion for leveraging emerging technologies to meet customers’ needs in new and innovative ways.

Nate graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors of Science in Software Development CIT.

Shortly after graduating from Auburn University with his Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree, Matt went to work for a small product company converting their existing product to a object oriented Windows based application. Matt then went on to work for a large telecommunications provider. While in this position, Matt grew his architecture skills and eventualy helped set the vision for the next generation J2EE based application architecture. Matt then began working in the Media and Entertainment industry. He was able to build on his architecture skills while creating rich media applications.

Matt also has spent a portion of his career as a management consultant where he was able to hone his business skills. Combining both his technical and management knowledge, he has the unique ability to bring these two together and create not only the best technical solutition, but the best solution for the business as well.

Matt's greatest strength is in his ability to see the bigger picture and stick with a problem until it is solved.
